After growing up in Ft. Worth, Texas, Joy is now carrying on that tradition in Austin from a background of Real Estate. Joy started her real estate career in Ft. Worth in 1987. In 1990 she became a partner and opened RPS Relocation Property Services. RPS specialized in working with top companies such as American Airlines and Burlington Northern with relocating their employees to the metroplex.
